Real food for happier guts.
Since 2022, we've worked with 1,000+ people living with chronic digestive problems, from IBS, GERD and gastritis to bloating, constipation and more. Many had suffered for years, tried everything, and still didn't feel like themselves.

We've seen what it's like when your gut takes over your life.
For the last four years, we've worked with more than 1,000 people suffering from chronic gut problems.
IBS. GERD. Gastritis. Bloating. Constipation. Loose or mushy stools. Irregular bowel movements. Ten trips to the bathroom a day. Years of digestive discomfort that people had simply learned to live with.
We've seen people who had been suffering for years.
People who had tried one thing after another, antacids, PPIs, painkillers, endless medications, restrictive diets, supplements, and repeated investigations. Endoscopies. Colonoscopies. Doctor after doctor. And still, they weren't feeling like themselves.
And the hardest part? It wasn't just their gut anymore.
Their digestive problems had started affecting their work, relationships, confidence, social lives and mental wellbeing.
Some were afraid to travel because they didn't know where the next bathroom would be. Some avoided eating out. Some stopped going to social events. Some felt anxious about food. Some had lost confidence in their own bodies.
Years of poor digestion also meant that many were dealing with the consequences that come with it: nutritional deficiencies, low energy, poor immunity, hair fall, dull skin and simply not feeling their best.
We've seen some of the most complicated, chronic cases. And we've also seen something incredibly hopeful: people get better.
We started MOSHA with one mission.
In 2022, we set out to help people suffering from chronic gut problems reclaim their health and get their lives back.
Not by putting another pill on their shelf. Not by asking them to live on an impossibly restrictive diet.
But by understanding what was actually happening in their everyday lives: what they ate, how they ate, when they ate, how they slept, moved, worked and lived, and then making small, sustainable changes, one day at a time.
Over the years, we've worked with more than 1,000 people, helping them understand their gut and build habits that supported long-term digestive health.
With a 90%+ recovery rate across the people we've worked with, we couldn't be more proud of what we've seen.
But there was one thing we kept noticing again and again.
So much of the transformation started with food.
Not complicated food. Simple food.
Balanced meals. Warm, nourishing foods. Better combinations. Small kitchen hacks. Everyday ingredients. Traditional remedies. And therapeutic botanicals that had been used in Indian households for generations.
We saw people improve by simply learning what to eat, how to eat it and when to eat it. Day by day, meal by meal, their digestion started changing.
And we became fascinated by the ingredients that kept showing up in these solutions.
We went back to our roots.
India has an extraordinary heritage of using food and botanicals for wellbeing.
Ingredients like amla, ginger, fennel, cinnamon, mulethi, fenugreek and many others have been used for generations, not as trendy “superfoods”, but as everyday ingredients woven into traditional food and home remedies.
These weren't created in a laboratory yesterday. They were time-tested over centuries.
So we started asking: what if we could bring these ingredients into modern life, in a way that was genuinely effective, enjoyable and incredibly convenient?
Our team of gut nutritionists and Ayurveda doctors began developing formulations based on the principles we had seen work with thousands of people.
We tested, refined and fine-tuned them. We thought about the combination of ingredients, not just individual ingredients. We thought about taste. We thought about how people would actually use them every day.
And most importantly, we kept coming back to one question: would we want to consume this ourselves, every day, for years?
If the answer wasn't yes, it didn't make the cut.
And that's how MOSHA was born.
MOSHA brings together traditional Indian wisdom, modern nutrition science and everything we've learned from working with people with gut problems.
Gut health is not a trend for us. It is the reason we exist. It is at the forefront of everything we make.
We believe in simple, thoughtful ingredients.
We don't believe that a longer ingredient list means a better product. We don't believe that something has to sound scientific to be good for you. And we don't believe you need highly processed ingredients, synthetic supplements or complicated isolates to take care of your gut.
We choose ingredients thoughtfully, and we think deeply about how they work together and what their long-term impact on the body could be.
No unnecessary chemicals. No unnecessary additives. Nothing we wouldn't feel comfortable consuming ourselves.
We stay away from highly processed isolates and overly refined extracts when a more natural, food-based alternative makes sense. Because we believe the best products are the ones you can imagine being part of your life for a very, very long time.
The wisdom of our grandmothers. Made for today.
Think about the remedies our grandmothers grew up with. They weren't chasing trends. They used what they had: herbs, spices, fruits, seeds, roots and other ingredients from the kitchen and garden.
And those remedies survived because, generation after generation, people found them useful. They were gradually refined, adapted and embedded into our food, culture and everyday lives.
We want to bring that wisdom forward. Not by blindly recreating the past. But by taking what has stood the test of time, understanding it better, combining it thoughtfully and making it work for modern life.
Because gut health shouldn't require a complicated routine. It should be something you can build into your everyday life: one meal, one habit and one little ritual at a time.
This is MOSHA. Gut health, deeply thought through.
Mitali
CA | INSEAD MBA | Former Investment Banker
Before MOSHA, Mitali spent her career in finance, working at KPMG and Deloitte in M&A and private equity, went on to do her MBA from INSEAD, France, and worked as an investment banker in Dubai.
“Why manage the symptoms when you can look for the cause?”
In her early 20s, Mitali was diagnosed with PCOD and was told to take medication. Instead, she decided to understand the root cause. She studied nutrition, cleaned up her diet, started exercising regularly, and saw her symptoms disappear. It was a turning point.
Like many women, she was told that the answer was medication, including oral contraceptives, to manage the symptoms. But something about that never quite made sense to her.
Why had this happened in the first place? What was causing it? And could she address the cause rather than simply manage the symptoms?
That question sent her down a completely different path.
She began studying, researching and understanding nutrition, lifestyle and the body. She cleaned up her diet, started eating more nutrient-dense foods, cut down on junk and processed foods, and made regular exercise part of her life.
And then something remarkable happened.
Her blood tests improved. Her periods became regular. Her PCOD symptoms disappeared. Without relying on medication.
She was blown away by what the body could do when given the right environment and the right nourishment.
That experience changed the way she looked at health.
What started as a personal experiment became a way of life.
For years, Mitali made clean, wholesome food and daily movement non-negotiable. She became deeply interested in the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle and long-term health, and increasingly convinced that many of the things we do every day can have a profound impact on how we feel.
But she didn't want to stop at improving her own health.
Over the years, the question evolved from “Can I fix this?” to “Can I help other people fix what's keeping them from feeling well?”
That eventually led her to MOSHA.
Today, Mitali brings together two seemingly very different worlds: the analytical rigour of finance and the deeply personal understanding that comes from experiencing a health problem herself.
At MOSHA, that means questioning assumptions, going back to the root cause, looking closely at nutrition and ingredients, and never accepting that something is “just the way it is.”
Because Mitali believes that good health shouldn't be about endlessly managing symptoms. It should be about giving the body what it needs to thrive.
And that belief is at the heart of everything we do at MOSHA.
Gut health for everyday life.
